Our services include:

Consultation Package

The Consultation Package is for the bride who wants to do all the planning herself, but needs a little direction on what all needs to be done.

Services Include:

• Initial consultation to discuss design ideas, overall theme, and budget
• A folder containing vital questions to ask from all wedding professionals before booking.
• Two vendor recommendations per category
• A budget outline
• Overview and education (We always answer calls. We are there to answer question from beginning to end.)
• Wedding etiquette guidance

Silver Package

The Silver Package is for the bride who has done most of the planning but would like to have a wedding consultant to help oversee last minute details and help with the rehearsal and ceremony.

Services Include:

• 2 hour consultation with bride to create a ceremony-reception itinerary and for the contracted wedding professionals
• Attend and coordinate the rehearsal at the ceremony site
• Oversee set-up of reception and ceremony
• Assist bride and maids with any last minute details
• Supervise all vendors and professionals (including photographers, florist, and caters)
• Ensure everything runs as planned
• Handle Necessary payments
• Supervise entire ceremony and reception
• Attend to guests' special needs
• Create a magical wedding!

Gold Package

The Gold Package is for the bride that has done some of the planning but would like a wedding consultant there to help with all the details that can be forgotten. This is what some people call a partial package where we are there to help out whenever needed up until the day before the wedding.

Services Include:

• A personal wedding coordinator
• 2 hour consultation to review your wedding details with the bride and groom
• Access to the Elegant Events by Marci consultant for advice via telephone or email
• Creation of a time line, detailed checklists and contact sheets
• A 1 hour walk through and finalization meeting with your reception venue
• Confirm details with each wedding professional (vendor) the week of the wedding
• Wedding rehearsal coordination
• Wedding day "check in" calls to the bride and groom for last minute details
• Confirm possession of wedding rings before leaving for ceremony
• 2 hour wedding ceremony coordination (typically includes-  Organization and set up ceremony, distribution of flowers to bridal party and family, Line up bridal party and family for processional, Cue/orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony, Organization of recessional and receiving line).
• 5 Hours of reception coordination (typically includes- Maintain and coordinate time line events during reception, Cue bride and groom, bridal party and parents for special events, Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals, Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event
• Everything in the Silver Package and Consultation Package

Platinum Package

The Platinum Package is a full service package that is great for the bride who can't wait to get married, but has a  hectic schedule and has no time to do the planning that goes with it.  We at Elegant Events by Marci are here to help plan that special day for you. We will work with you to make it a stress-free time! All you need to do is sit back, sample cake, sample menus, sip champagne and smell the roses! Let us take all the stress away!

Unlimited access to Elegant Events by Marci via email or telephone 24

Assistance focusing on your wedding priorities, needs, concerns, desires
      and family dynamics
Customized wedding budget and planning calender
Assistance in designing decor, color schemes, overall themes that reflect
      your style and personality
Ongoing advice on budget, etiquette and wedding day activities
Assistance in locating a ceremony and reception site
Recommendations to photographers, videographers, bakers, florists,
     music services and transportation to fit      your  style and budget
Attendance at meetings with selected wedding professionals
Planning and organization of meetings
Assistance with scheduling appointments with wedding professionals on
     your behalf
Assistance with designing, producing and assembling an ensemble of
     stationery
Full service floral and decor design for personal, ceremony and reception
Assistance with selection of decor such as linens, lighting, and rental of
     specialty items
Assistance with menu selections, and attendance at final tasting
Confirmation of all wedding professionals at least one week prior to your
     wedding
Assistance in finding out-of-town guests accommodations
Designing, producing and delivery of gifts bags for out-of-town guests
Assistance in coordinating and organizing the wedding rehearsal and
     dinner
Assistance with reception room layout and setup
Includes all items listed in the Gold, Silver and Consultation Packages

*Wedding Day Services and Packages include travel time to meetings, rehearsal and ceremony within 1 hour of center city Youngstown.  Travel fees beyond that distance will be dependent on distance from Youngstown and service tier selected
